This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

Every time my city council member posts literally anything, I want to scream at higher up politicians- "HE'S ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!" He's on the ground every day keeping his ward safe. All other politicians should be taking notes. The bar is extremely high now. Do better.

Living in Minnesota right now feels like being in the emergency room. Literally everyone is suffering in different ways, even if it's "just" a badly twisted ankle rather than a kidney stone or a full-on heart attack. The staff are working as hard as they can but energy and resources are dwindling.
