This is hugely significant testimony in FAVOR of Judge Dugan. Prosecutors allege that Dugan tried to direct de la Rosa and her client to a stairwell that led away from agents. Instead, she just testified Dugan told her to go into the public hallway, where agents were waiting.

Pay attention to this revelation from cross-examination. This could be hugely significant to Judge Dugan's state of mind. 🔽
