A long-waited refinement tool for cofactors with metal-coordination, MetalCoord. By Garib Murshudov group @mrclmb.bsky.social Compiles distances & angles from CCP4 monomer library and classifies the metal-coordination geometry. The updated dictionaries and restraints then used for refinement.
