The Turtles records are far, far, better than most people give them credit for; while the Flo & Eddie era isn't a personal favourite of mine for Zappa stuff they still made some great records, as they did later just as Flo & Eddie, and their backing vocal sound *made* the early T-Rex hits.

Sad to hear one half of my favourite double act in rock has gone. Love The Turtles & Flo and Eddie, plus their work with Zappa, T-Rex, Alice Cooper etc. etc. RIP Flo.
