Started working out again. I did a few walks, about 15 mins each. I did some arm exercises and I was surprised at how hard they were. Not sure what area I'm doing next time though. I found an app that shows me my muscles used and that is a big help in planning things.

So last night after the dog collapsed on his legs, and after I cried for an hour, we gave him a bunch of treats. This would prove to be a bad idea at 4am when he woke us up for an emergency potty.
