For those failing to get the "copilot" AI off their Microsoft Word -- If you proceed with canceling Microsoft Office, you'll get a "wait wait don't go!" screen where they suddenly offer you "Microsoft 365 Personal Classic" -- which *doesn't include AI* and is actually cheaper! Weird workaround.
