Aaaaand done! This guy has been really fun to paint over the last two days, and I think he’s turned out to be the best model I’ve ever painted. He still needs a varnish and some effects work, but I wanted to post these now as the varnish will dull the paintjob down somewhat. Very happy with it!

I have painted 28 models this week all so I could play Warhammer Quest: Darkwater with my friends today. We had a great time, getting through a tutorial mission and the first two parts of the campaign’s Act One. It plays really smoothly, and I love that you can pause the game to pick up later!

Being as I’m off work, I took today and just painted miniatures. Nothing else, apart from maintaining the corporeal form. It was blissfully pleasant, even if I’m distraught at how washed-out the photos look. I promise these look better in-person!
