I know I’ve mentioned it before but I DO still plan to have a big closet clean out eventually. I’m out of hangers and there’s only so many times I can tell myself “just get more hangers” before I need to turn myself in to the authorities.

My new-to-me vintage Harley hat. She was pretty dehydrated but is now perfect after some conditioning. I got it for way less than it’s worth. The vision was an Angus Young vibe.

My artistic POV for NP has been to make it look like animation stills, there's a hypothetical cartoon and I'm pausing it. Because of that it's visually a busy comic - lighting effects, environments, etc, and I know that's not for everyone. But here are some of my favorite panels with that "look."

While many of Cass's outfits are inspired by Bob Mackie's work costuming Cher, a lot of Eli's outfits are inspired by Bill Belew's work costuming Elvis. It was cool to see quite a few of the pieces I've directly pulled from for some of Eli's looks.

Curious, are webcomic updates more than 2-3 pages super unusual to where they could confuse readers? I'm noticing the last few weeks, the first page of an update would have maybe 400 views, the 2nd or 3rd page of the update will have 200. It's been a pattern the last few weeks in a row.

Pops and I at Sun diner. He is 80% of the reason I am the way I am. My dad gave me Queen and Bowie CDs for my 8th birthday and taught me that men in makeup and platform heels is the way. When I was sad I had to wear glasses in elementary school he said I was cool because I looked like Roy Orbison.
