Anyway, me, @deuxdel.bsky.social and @airy.bsky.social made a graphic novel about how being trans is beautiful, how queer love is transformative, and how difficult it is to be a teenager in a body that feels alien to you.

You should absolutely check this episode out! This issue, and indeed Rachel Pollack's entire Doom Patrol run, is TRANS as FUCK and you owe it to yourself to experience it

I re-watched this recently with the kiddo and learned two things: (1) It still slaps, and (2) so many of my childhood obsessions (eccentric inventors, kid detectives, dapper heroes) started right with this movie.
