Devil Wears Prada 2 was a wholly unique viewing experience in that I found most of it exceptionally Fine and Forgettable but gosh don’t all my old friends look pretty and then in the last 30 minutes it suddenly became a movie I needed to own a physical copy of upon release.

Can we also be so fucking for real here? A lot of MG/YA books today are already like CONSIDERABLY more conservative than the ones I grew up reading. Princess Amelia Mignonette Grimaldi Thermopolis Renaldo of Genovia taught me about diaphragms as birth control when I was like 10 years old.

We built Intergalactic and Dream Girls together, the story of childhood best friends whose lives have gone in very different directions and now wonder whether the fragemented pieces of their lives still fit together. So if you're wondering whether one pays off the other, the answer is very much YES.

"A fantastic one-shot. Axelrod, Maines, Moore, and co. deliver a self-contained story that introduces a pair of fascinating characters to new readers and tells a fun space adventure to boot. That the issue also serves as setup for this summer’s DC Pride event series is icing on the cake."

Calling for a general strike is cool but where are the people organizing to feed and provide childcare for striking workers, mutual aid so utility bills, rent, mortgages, etc don't go unpaid during a strike? No really, where are they? because those are the folks I want to organize with.
