Story of network-building on Bluesky... I tested cross-posting using @fedica.com, and the founder @samir.fedica.com noticed my post & replied. Turns out he lives in Toronto, so we met for coffee. Since then I've recommended Fedica to a bunch of people, introducing them to a useful tool too👍

A note for sports: Bluesky’s engagement rate was x10 higher than X’s across a sampling of identical posts made on both platforms by @rapsheet.bsky.social (sharing with permission) Fwiw we see a similar trend across all communities, not just sports. Real people, real conversations.

BlueSky really is a network of Posters where others are primarily (as is the norm) for Lurkers feels like the most material difference, even beyond politics & the like
