So the SEC has gone ahead and done it. They've put out a 279-page proposed rule that would eliminate quarterly reporting for public companies. Companies can opt in to only report twice a year, using a new form 10-S. This one will be interesting to watch. www.sec.gov/newsroom/pre...

When I lived in Paris, fresh-squeezed orange juice was available in every grocery store and cost about $5 for a liter. Here, in LA, where oranges actually grow (including in my backyard), it costs around $16. So I bought a cheap juicer and now make my own.
