Within minutes of Noma opening up its reservations at 9 am this morning in LA, it was already sold out by 9:04 even though it was $1500 per person!

In the 10-K it filed this morning, #$INTC mentions the word government nearly 100 times compared with just over 50 last year. That undoubtedly has to do with the government's 10% stake in the company.

This upcoming 5-day period is the longest that EDGAR will be closed for, based on historical records. Markets were closed for 6 days after Sept. 11, but EDGAR remained open; ditto for Hurricane Sandy which closed markets for 2 days, but not EDGAR. Over 2,200 filings made after markets closed!

So far, 92 8-ks filed in first 30 minutes after markets closed. That’s a heavier than normal load for a Tuesday!

With the SEC’s EDGAR closed until next Monday, the #fridaynightdump has just begun on Tuesday!
