So far, data from @tzachizach.bsky.social shows that 97% of all letters so far are opposed to the SEC's plan to allow companies to eliminate quarterly earnings. Here's my question: is one CFO of a major company more important than the 97%? (2/2)

The Friday Night Dump of SEC filings happened on a Thursday this week, due to #Juneteenth. There were 219 8Ks filed after markets closed at 4 pm, compared with just 89 filed the rest of the day.

I live in LA County and though I voted in person a few days before Election Day, my husband did the mail-in option and waited until last Monday to vote.

Speaking of SpaceX, last night I asked Gemini to tell me what new risk factors there were in the amended S-1 filed yesterday. After a bit of back and forth where I challenged their findings, I got this:

I put four different AIs to the test on the amended SpaceX S-1 filed yesterday. Each of them found different things, which is helpful for research purposes, but kind of a time suck! I used both Gemini and Claude and also two finance-specific bots: Dotdadda and Provenance by Kaleidoscope.

Calling all AI experts: I've tried to figure out a way to parse these SEC comment letters with both Claude and Gemini, but both said the way they are formatted would require me to post every URL separately into Claude/Gemini. There has to be a better way! Anyone with a great idea? (1/2)

A good reminder that wasn’t in an SEC filing can often be more important than what is. In the 2024 proxy, #$DJT disclosed that it was a controlled company; in the 2025 filing, that language was gone! This is usually only disclosed in the proxy.
