Pinning it this time: If it's been a long time since your last MMR booster and you don't want to bother with a titer test, you should be able to just get the booster at a drug store or walk-in clinic.

I actually disagree with all the leftists on here saying that Mamdani shouldn't have taken the bait. He should have immediately done a video very solemnly erecting a comically large memorial plaque on the site of the incident He should have hired bagpipers. And shed a single, dignified tear

When I was testing OpenClaw in a sandboxed container for work, I didn’t give it access to my email, but I did tell it to check for updates to its own software. That put it in an unkillable loop like this and eventually forced me to trash the whole thing

It's going to be genuinely difficult to figure out how much money he and his family literally just took from US taxpayers. Don't even mean the crypto scam profiteering shit, like actual treasury money that by one mechanism or another he turned into his own money.

The lasting way to fight fascism—and the thing each of us can do—is to liberate your mind from the fascist framework. Stop being frightened of the things that fascists say are frightening. Start looking at those things as liberation. Fear the things fascists say make us safe. See them as prisons.

Just like the narratives around trans rights and racial justice, this framing constructs "activists" as unreasonable, radical and holding all the power. "Do you know how mean fat activists are if you lose weight?" Do you know how mean everyone else is if you don't?!

What’s so weird about men in power is how when they face scandal and should step down the world acts like no one else can do their jobs. Bottstein, Wasserman, these aren’t irreplaceable men! Stop with this delusion.

Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

THEY ARE BUYING UP WAREHOUSES TO HOLD HUMAN BEINGS IN DETENTION INDEFINITELY. I feel crazy at how everyone is acting like this is normal. These are concentration camps being built right before our eyes. These buildings are not meant to house human beings. People will be caged like cattle and die.

people who say that all creative endeavor can be replaced with AI probably need to reckon with the fact that all televised sports events with human athletes could easily be replicated by high-definition computer-animated simulations….and yet we don’t do this and no one seems to want to.
