also, for the Minnesota tenant's rights bar, I will note that the landlord's attorney who argued this case also has a disciplinary case pending for 15 mos. for allegedly punching a tenant and screaming at her attorney, and the MN Supreme Court has a chance to do the most hilarious thing of all time

Tomorrow, the Minnesota Supreme Court will issue its decision in Sela Investments, Ltd. LLP, vs. J.H., A24-1380. This case has been a years-long fight over MN's mandatory eviction expungement law (Minn. Stat. § 484.014, subd. 3). Whatever the decision, it'll be a major swing for tenants' rights.
