Finally finished Stranger Things so I’m back. Didn’t want anything spoiled and it took me longer to watch them than I thought. That said, I thought the episodes were fantastic and can’t wait for the final few. Just wish they weren’t releasing them near holidays because theres no time to watch. 🫠

Trying out a new recipe that I invented for vegan green bean casserole and I really hope it turns out because GBC is my favorite. Instead of using coconut milk in place of cream of mushroom, I’m using broth and plant based cream and thickening it. We shall see.
