That’s Trump’s yearbook photo, age 17. Remarkable that he thinks he was still attending his high school military academy at age 20. 🤪

Seems like you don’t need an expensive consultant to tell you the more unbridled corruption and heinous policy Trump gets away with in broad daylight, the more voters will gravitate toward anyone who seems to have the will to stop him. Which may get some questionable candidates over the line.

I get the discomfort about Chevalier specifically, but it's not a great look when establishment Democrats insist the base has to accept pro-life candidates from conservative areas but they have an extended freak out when lefty candidates win in liberal strongholds.

Seeing the sad excuse for a celebration in Washington, I remembered when I was a kid in '76 the Smithsonian recreated a Centennial exhibit hall in their oldest building. I was fascinated because it felt like time travel. Today's kids get a plywood arch.

In a real society, in a real country where laws were applied to everyone and consequences were a thing, saying "I will protect the pedophiles and crooks in this room from justice" would be the end of this guy's career and he'd be in jail

This is such a disturbing flex. He’s basically acknowledging that he and Trump have raised the bar on what scandals presidents can get away with so much that Watergate was nothing compared to them today. True. But yikes.
