I don’t think our patriarchal society is ready to *actually* get rid of patriarchy just yet. I say that bc it looks like (TO ME) that even some of its most seemingly staunch detractors want to keep pieces of it. And I don’t see how that can work.

More recently, I’ve seen similar communal “this isn’t going to happen anymore” for different identities, genders, lifestyles, etc. However. The only thing that seems to have attempted to fill that gap for men is the pill bullshit. I’m so disappointed by that.
