They’re on TikTok talking about how the colors chartreuse and vermilion are named incorrectly and should be swapped and this conversation resonates so deeply within me. Nothing about “chartreuse” gives green! It should be a purplish pinkish color and vermilion should be mostly green with some blue.

I hate that people act all aggy over others announcing that they’re leaving a platform or taking a break because it discourages some folks from making that announcement, and I personally appreciate knowing that folks are okay before they disappear.
