It would be bad for public confidence if there was a suspicion that large corporate interests are buying access to the Government via the Tony Blair Institute. My letter to the cabinet office. 👇🏼

Could there be a better example of "the trans debate" than 98% of women supporting trans people and then one single lone person voting against them and getting their way regardless. It's all such a fucking sham

I know it’s exhausting to do this endlessly but do write to your Labour MP opposing Labour’s bathroom ban. The party does this because it thinks it’s making the problem go away.

Often funny, but ultimately disturbing, this history of the Sun newspaper shows the depraved garbage it has produced for decades. It's deeply rooted racism, homophobia, xenophobia is exposed for all to see. A disgusting rag that has blighted the discourse in the UK for far too long.

How much more evidence do we need? The ultra-rich and the governments supporting them will destroy everything for the sake of profit, power and pride. Nothing is precious to them - not human life, not the living world - except their own wealth and status. Our survival depends on resisting them.

To restore democracy and create a fairer, safer, greener world, we need massive taxes on the ultra-rich. As in the 1940s. People get confused about this. The main purpose of such taxes is *not* to raise revenue. The point is to stop the few dominating the many. It's an essential democratic measure.

Drug deaths have risen every year for 13 years. That’s 13 years of a failed “war on drugs”. Labour should be looking at legalisation, control and regulation - not playing politics with people’s lives. This is a public health crisis. Treat it like one. Not a game.
