My book is out now!! Jacob’s Transition Goals is a positive, hopeful story about an 8 year old transgender boy who loves football. In today’s political climate, trans joy is so needed - you should grab a copy! You can buy Jacob’s Transition Goals in LGBTQ+ bookshops and online all over the world

One good thing you can do right now, for free, is to ask your local library to stock Arthur Webber's gorgeous new book for kids, 'Jacob's Transition Goals':
uk.jkp.com/products/jac...
Just search your local library's book request form

I know that MP speeches around the King’s Speech are supposed to be light hearted but Keir Starmer describing his government as having a radical agenda has to be the funniest joke of all. You stand for nothing, man.

I mean I’m in favour of Wes Streeting resigning the health post given he’s actively harming a group of people by holding it, but I’m just trans so what do I know

If you’re a member of a trade union that’s affiliated to the Labour Party, it might be worth briefly chipping in to their political levy so you can vote against Streeting in the Labour leadership election before they set a cut off point to stop people doing that

Could the resignation timeline agreed with cabinet require Starmer to be moving out of No.10 the day of the Arsenal trophy parade if we win the league so I don’t have to bump into him when I’m trying to party and the vibe immediately be ruined

Would be incredible to get the first gay PM in Wes Streeting if he wins the inevitable leadership election only for the Labour Party to be decimated in the following general election because the LGBTQ+ community refused to vote for him

“If we don’t get this right, our country will go down a very dark path” - Starmer in his speech currently so we’re not acknowledging that Labour has directly caused there to be ‘very dark path’ for trans people at the moment?

I’ve taken a break from the ‘other site’ as things settle down, but on here I just wanted to say, thank you to the people of Glasgow who trust and believe in me. We fought a positive election campaign and it has clearly worked 💚 I’m looking forwards to the next 5 years of progress ✊🏾💚

Don’t generally mention I’m trans to people who live in my building because sometimes people are weird but took a punt to plug my book today to one of my neighbours who is a primary school teacher who said two of the kids in her class have queer parents and would love it. Sometimes people are nice ☺️

Not a political strategist (lost the only election I ever stood in) by any means but I would suggest that telling the left to cry more and fuck off isn’t a great electoral tactic and you should try to be likeable instead? I am more likely to vote for someone who is nice, just saying.

Of course I think Labour should have a leadership election but I also don’t trust Labour MPs to actually listen to what the public are saying and not nominate Keir Starmer and Keir Starmer in a silly moustache as the candidates
