The font (redrawn) is from the 30's. The clothes, guitar and portrait are all based on 30's photos. Star marks his birthplace.

World War Hulk came up in conversation today, which reminded me of one of my fave things I did on SKTCHD. I paid a foley artist/sound designer who worked on Blade Runner 2049 (amongst other movies) to turn the insane "VJJJWOMMMVVVVVVB" sound effect from that series into a real sound. It's awesome!
