For those calling on MPD to start arresting ice agents for their illegal activities… my husband watched as ice pulled into the 2nd precinct and an MPD in uniform got into the back seat. They are openly collaborating, in full view of witnesses. I don’t know why you still think there’s “good cops.”

What ICE/BP is doing to Minneapolis is awful. And it's taking everything they have. By population, Minneapolis is America's 45th largest city. Keep both in mind at once: the regime's desire for authoritarian domination is bottomless, and they'll act on it, but their capacity to do so is limited.

If your white American friends and family members are currently making excuses for this kind of shit, then they are Nazis. And if you are still talking to those people socially, if you're still hanging out with them, if you're makign excuses for them, then you are a Nazi too.

This is an "administrative warrant". It's not signed by a judge and is therefore unlawful. ICE agents carry stacks of these around in their cars and just fill them out on the fly. Make sure everyone knows what this looks like, as they have already started going door-to-door in some neighborhoods.

They hate Minnesota because we are a people who believe that "we all do better when we all do better." Minnesota is one of the wealthiest, safest, and cleanest states in the country *because* of our openness and generosity. Our quality of life is a direct challenge to their zero-sum worldview.
