This is a woman who was living in the encampment to be near her daughter who is living in adult assisted living apartments in the neighborhood, who had all of her possessions and important documents thrown in the garbage by City staff under Jacob Frey's direction. INCREDIBLE CRUELTY

I the neighborhood church's pastor crying today bc she couldn't get the Mayor's office or City to help a woman retrieve all of her immigration paperwork that was thrown out by the city after the shooting.

Today feels like it could be May 24, 2020. The biggest failure from city elected leadership after George Floyd's murder was a complete lack of recognition of how traumatized and enraged people were, how ready people were to be activated to do good and help, and the failure to convene ppl and listen.
