I am committed to vigorously defending Minnesota’s medical providers who do incredible work to treat and care for all Minnesotans, including our trans neighbors. I have already taken the Trump Admin to court to stop them from scapegoating the trans community. I will not hesitate to do so again.

I think that people are saying a lot of things about the pronouncements being made at the Federal level that need context because they are not going to play out evenly at the local level.

Freedom for everybody Autonomy for everybody Health care for everybody Transgender for everybody

The winning argument for Dem leaders could be "they want to fear monger about trans people and trans healthcare because they don't want to talk about why your life isn't as good as it could be and have no plan to make it better" — except that most Dem politicians also have no plan to make it better.

In the 90 minutes since I posted this, I've gotten two more death notifications. ICE has a responsibility to take care of these people, something they are clearly disregarding. This is beyond horrifying. We must ensure dignity and humanity for detained people in this country.
