This really misunderstands how this ecosystem works. FDA might only approve Rx leucovorin to "treat" autism, but this is a very DIY mindset (see: people using veterinary ivermectin, kids in TX getting sick from DIY vitamin E to "prevent" measles), so OTC leucovorin is likely to see a boost as well.
