When I say there are no good cops, it's not a euphemism. Law enforcement in the US is, by design, a terrorist organization that makes the society we exist in less safe for the purposes of wielding fear as a primary means of control. Civil society cannot exist as long as police exist. Period.

Cops in the US *regularly* torture people. Cops in the US *consistently* commit war crimes against vulnerable people. The largest child trafficking rings in the US *all* involve cops. Multiply the worst thing you can think of a multiply it by 100 and you're just scratching the surface.

The police are the *primary* wing of white supremacy in the US. Period. The reality is that white woman getting shot in the face is actually pretty tame in the context of how gruesome cops have behaved historically. That's on the *light* end. But folks don't want to have that conversation.
