Absolutely dying that the latest AI trend that's apparently sweeping Facebook are videos of old women jumping backwards while holding giant rocks over their heads to kamikaze the glass bridges they're standing on.

"We must abandon all the things we supposedly stand for and promised and be as performatively racist as possible, so we can retain power and continue to do none of the things we'd hoped to do". I mean, if that's your thinking, why even bother? Just walk away and take up lawn bowls, or something

It’s kind of weird how the only person capable of being UK ambassador to the US is someone who was best friends with a paedo sex trafficker. I mean, there is literally no one else apparently.

Great British Bake Off is back. This is it, folks. It takes us past Halloween into mid-November, then the tree goes up and boom, it's Christmas, baby. Straight back into New Year, Easter, summer again and round it goes. Do that a few dozen times and booyah, that's your lot.

If you gave 1000 chimps 1000 typewriters, they'd toss the typewriters, desks, or shit at each other. So I hope you had room in the budget to make sure the first two are super tough and shit-proof, because it's only after they get bored that they'll start typing.

one of the funniest parts of catholicism is when a sweet and serious clergyperson is like "and here is the saint's body part, perfectly preserved by their sanctity" and draws a curtain or opens a gold box to show u the most rotten-ass zombie arm you've ever seen and u have to be like "ah yes i see"

Went to Meatopia Glasgow today. I really wanted to like it. But it was overpriced. Food portions tiny. Vendors running out of food in mid afternoon. Long, long queues. Honestly I just felt like customers were being taken for fools.
