In this house, we eat. Food is fuel *and* enjoyment. I may add a few “health foods” here and there, but I try to keep it vegetable- and protein-forward without deprivation. Tough in the midst of all of this, but I am trying.

My lunch was light, so I ate it all (it was a protein pasta). No regrets. I lift heavy and need that fuel to move the barbell (and medicate that hedgehog).

Cooking penne in broth, will toss with some Parm, olive oil, maybe even another jarred alfredo sauce. Just need quick comfort food until I get a nap. Then hedgie care and gym. 🥱
