I imagine how much fun those kids are having. How much sensory input they're getting, being immersed in the world, feeling the weather, really seeing their town. That precious time close to their parent or caretaker.

I don't have a car and ride all kinds of bikes, depending on the situation. I love love love seeing parents and kids on ebikes. I see them having the best time and overhear the best snippets of conversation. As we all pass the cars stuck in traffic. The ebike backlash pisses me off.
