I have a tremendous amount of purslane growing on my stone patio. Please take some. The small leaves are great raw in salads; the larger ones are fantastic sautéed with garlic. It’s lemony, but not as acidic as rhubarb. The leaves are succulent and can thicken soups. DM if you’d like some.
