There's a sort of Bluesky undercurrent where this idea that basically all technological interest is some sort of tech-bro bullshit and it'd be better if they didn't care. Mainly by people who are not into technology and sort of float using whatever is easy to them.

I've become convinced that this move of intentionally skipping past the question of whether or not a statement is true to complain about some negative consequence of saying it is almost always a flat-out admission of guilt
