i have had two kids and managing this pain is teaching me what i never learned about how to labour, this is fucking insane that i had no idea this was going on in my body

i can do this now (i can do anything, for a little while) all of this effort (and excruciating pain) is going somewhere this time i can tell, it’s already different & it’s amazing what i can tolerate now bc of that, i wish this for everyone on earth (sincerely), we all need a little fucking relief
