Seeing people talking about 2025 and how they didn't accomplish much. It was rough. Wave after wave of bad news, destruction, and uncertainty. The anxiety of threats and then waiting for them to happen. Seeing those who we needed to help, not help. It was very stressful! Please be kind to yourself.
