Rang MSD earlier as they *require* me to make an appointment with them to apply for child disability allowance and OSCAR subsidy. Wait time was 78 min but I dutifully went through the menu layersâŚonly to be hung up on as calls overloaded. Rang back twice, current wait time is 86 minutes.
