i've decided not to listen to the audio of a teacher reporting a kindergartender because frankly I don't want to become the person that that event would turn me into. but one thing I hope we are collectively coming to grips with is what it meant that we have lived among such people this whole time

San Diego had recently held a city council meeting to hear public concern āĀ overwhelmingly, citizens called for an end to the contract with Flock, but were ignored. Weeks later, the smashed Flock cameras turned up in the street. They were first reported by Bill Paul of SD Slackers:

An ICE agent shot and killed Ruben Ray Martinez, a US citizen and San Antonio resident, in March 2025. Then ICE and the Texas Department of Public Safety covered it up. He was 23 years old. I am calling for a full investigation into this shooting, including why there was an 8-month cover up.

The Supreme Court ruling has helped the family of one man in particular: the architect of Trumpās tariffs himself. A firm headed by Lutnickās sons was allowing its traders to purchase the rights to hundreds of millions of dollars of refunds in the event tariffs were struck down.

Trump illegally imposed billions in tariffs (taxes) on U.S. corporations. Much of those costs were passed onto consumers. The corporations might get their money back. You never will.

1. Trump was ridiculous and offensive. That's a given. 2. His tariff comments are not saying he's ignoring the Supreme Court. Anyone who tells you that is not a serious person. 3. There have always been other tariff authorities. There are, however, limits to the tariffs under those authorities.

Here's Trump going on a tangent about how a "very powerful, strong man" wanted to make out with him because of his tariffs. "He said, 'Sir, I want to kiss you' ... He said, 'Sir, I want to kiss you so badly!' And I said no thank you."
