Mystified why I never worked up this 2012 Cephalotes basalis-group turtle ant photo- the only one I have of this species- until now. Here, belatedly, an ant from central Colombia, from over a decade ago. So pretty. So weird. Ant diversity is just amazing.

Been quiet as I’ve been animal & property sitting this week. I’ve also gotten about 8 hours of sleep for the week. & I’ve only had 2 sales for the month. I’ve added new work to the store & have lots of specials in the feed. Please help me get a new computer as my 13 year old one is dying.
