I'm tabling at a full event for the first time this weekend — it's the Anchorage Zine Fair — and I'm equally excited and curious to learn if any attendees will find my brand of Stilt-Man-inspired zines remotely appealing. Should be a good time, but I predict I will sleep for a week afterwards.

I'm a guest on @marvelbythemonth.com this week and that crew took me on a tour of the best (most insane?) comics Marvel had to offer in May 1977. It was a ton of fun joining them for that chat!

Now this is a GREAT comics mail day. It brings @heyluchie.bsky.social’s latest, Happy Endings, which collects three wonderful stories including my Comic of 2023, Ocean. It’s so good! And you know I had to splurge for the @goshcomics.bsky.social version that came with a signed bookplate!

At NYCC, @davidharper.bsky.social gifted me a pack of vintage Marvel trading cards! We opened them together and found some gems. Thanks again, David, this was really fun!

My wife Amber's office has a small pumpkin-crafting competition that she always crushes, and this year, she turned one into an alien monster from Attack the Block. I love it so much. (The legs are there, it's just the fur she was working with was very unruly)
