We are increasingly seeing National Guard soldiers detain community members and call MPD to arrest them. The three incidents pictured here have happened in just the last week alone.

There is increased ICE activity this week, with brazen confirmed kidnappings and law enforcement complicity with traffic stops and people being asked for their papers during these stops. If you've been busy with other things, it's time to start patrolling again.

To be clear: the lower court said the map intentionally discriminates against black people in violation of the *constitution* (not just the VRA) and the MAGA Majority of SCOTUS is saying "that's ok now."

The money was always there for the good things.

Hasn't even been a year and Zohran's governance is having a massive impact on my family. Our daycare was able to open a 15-seat 3K program because of the 2,000 extra seats the admin funded. Everyone we know got in somewhere they wanted. This is gonna save us almost 50 grand.

With permission from one of my habeas clients, I can share that the Bloomington Police Department is proactively cooperating with ICE to detain our neighbors. This is a screenshot of official ICE records which show that a BPD officer reached out to ICE to drop a dime on someone in local custody.
