I just found out that an old friend, with whom I had fallen out of touch, passed away six months ago. He was a skilled musician and songwriter. We only met in person once every few years, but I always enjoyed seeing him perform. He was also a supportive friend, generous with his time and expertise.

I love the nuance that @kyleor.land brought to this @arstechnica.com article about Silksong and its difficulty. My hot take is that customizable difficulty is good, full stop But even so, the experience of a player who uses these features will be different from someone who beats it "as intended."

I've been dealing with a weird bug in Silksong. When I use my 8BitDo controller, Hornet breaks into an uncontrollable sprint after every ledge grab, and then the R trigger stops working. It seems to only happen with my 8BitDo. Anyone else experiencing anything like this?
