It's a good commentary on 2025 that the US President announces a major military attack on a foreign country and even the straightest arrows think, 50% chance it's an attack, 50% chance president is on another cognition bender.

My favorite thing about Frog and Toad is that it is the story of two men deeply and obviously in love with one another, drawn as a tribute to his lifelong partner by a gay man long before their relationship was socially sanctioned.

It's rare that a car dealer does something that truly shocks me, but this is horrifying. If this car is in perfect condition, it's worth, generously, $32k. This person will be paying $183,848 for it. This is straight-up criminal.

When I say "the US gave up on feeding itself" that's what I mean, it's real bad. At the risk of shameless self-promo, I talked about this a few months ago. It's a part of the food/ag problem that just isn't making it onto the news & it really should.

It's important to remember, when you hear alarmism about the effects of social media, that it's the same arguments that were used when Very Serious People thought that watching too much TV as kids would melt Boomer and Gen X brains, and that these arguments were clearly correct.
