When someone tries to crowdfund to pay for housing, food or medical care… they’re shamed. They’re accused of faking, grifting or “not trying hard enough”. If you use the N word at your place of employment while flipping off customers? You make $85k in 48 hours. What a joke.

Right now, there doesn’t seem to be much difference between Labour and Reform except that Reform are - astonishingly - slightly less transphobic. Labour have become Reform to try and beat Reform: it’s no surprise lots of people are turning away from that.

Biden may be the most evil president in US history: no one before him had his cruelty live-streamed, had his constituents watch as children were starved & dismembered, prisoners were raped to death, hospitals/schools/mosques/churches were bombed, elderly were forced to march over & over, & on & on…

I'm seeing adverts on Youtube from the UK government championing the increased spending in defence. Immensely depressing that they're dressing up our march towards World War 3 as an"opportunity". Links from the ad lead to this cheery, colourful page. Look at that girlboss! She's a killer of babies!

It is essential to remember that Sensible centrists got everything they wanted in the UK. The left smashed, their Competent Sensible politicians won by a landslide last year and have a huge majority and the policies they dreamed of implemented. And the result is endless horror.

As a lot of the people I'm subtweeting are men, I am sympathetic that some will have the mindset of "it's not my place to talk over women on a feminist issue", but given how often cis feminists who don't agree with the GC consensus get ignored, or even iced out, too, it's misguided

Under the Tories we could at least entertain the foolish hope that things could get better under the next government. Now that Labour have decided to double down on xenophobia (and other damaging policies, see universities) that hope is gone, and if Reform gets in they will be even worse. Fun times.

This Labour government have been lying about the welfare bill in order to cut welfare for vulnerable people. They’ve fabricated a lie that it’s spiralling out of control, when in reality it’s actually normal. Labour and Starmer are just as bad as the Tories, if not worse. Pure evil.
