5 week gap now for the next Champions League match. Full focus and throttle on domestic games. The hard work of getting 6 wins in 6 allows opportunity to rotate in those final 2 CL games ensuring strong as possible in Prem

Qualification pretty much sorted. Not much required for top 2 finish. 6 out of 6. Injuries throughout that time making it even more impressive.

Brilliant from Zubi. 1 yard headers are underrated. 2-0. Noni a right-foot away from the perfect hat-trick

Really refreshing to play a European match with a referee who is doing everything he can to never use his whistle

Very good for 35 minutes. Under real pressure for final 10. Really miss Rice physicality and running power. Gyokeres and Martinelli really quiet.

It's remarkable that we can even put out an 11 that has a chance of getting a result with this list of missing players from the line up; Timber Saliba Gabriel Mosquera Calafiori Rice Saka Eze Trossard Havertz

If results stay as they are i think we need 4 points from 3 games to guarantee top 2 in the table therefore playing at home in the 2nd leg through to the final.

Absolutely disgraceful scenes inside The Tower of London today. I don't care what your cause is, there'll never be a good enough reason to waste a crumble.

3 home games left this year - really important to get 9 points. Everton away is tough. City have 3 away games in this period; Palace, Forest, Sunderland plus a 9-0 home win against West Ham. Potential for a draw amongst those away games but fully expect max points.

We have matched or bettered City's results in the equivalent games we have both played. Keep doing that and we're fine. Villa away. Both lost Fulham away. Both won Leeds home. Both won Spurs home. Won, City lost Newcastle away. Won, City lost.

Does feel like away games will be key. City lost at Newcastle, Villa and Brighton. Don't expect either of us to be dropping much at home.

The issue with players coming back; Gab, Odegaard, Noni, White and eventually Kai is the time getting them fully up to speed and finding the connections. Eze & Noni have never played with Kai for instance. The players coming back wont be a instant magic fix

Saka is right to be furious. He's fouled constantly and rarely gets a free-kick and they usually get 4 free hits before a yellow. He played the ball and the ref couldn't wait to give a foul

Think we've been the better side. Saka the best player on the pitch. Don't deserve to be behind but we are. Eze switching off. Plenty of time & opportunity to claw this back. Not been able to get Merino in the game. Odegaard plenty of touches. The Villa time wasting will be horrific

Really good opening 25 minutes. Causing Villa problems with our movement. More shots. More shots on target. Lovely slick move for Eze disallowed goal. Away fans sensational as always

Emery saying we haven't been good on the ball but are "compact and good at set pieces" has really pissed me off.

What is the thought process of manipulating kick-off times for TV meaning Arsenal Men & Women are playing at the same time. Brainless & no shits given to the fans. Again

Gotta hope either Mosquera is ok or Saliba is back for Villa. White was excellent tonight but it feels a big ask to do another 90 on Saturday after so little football He's a warrior so he'll do it of course.

The Merino header is so so good. White is brilliant at those type of crosses (similar for Havertz in same fixture 2 years ago). Merino movement to sneak in front of the defender is prime No.9 stuff and the technique on the header is so satisfying. Love a bullet downward header

Really impressive half. Movement and link play has been top drawer at times. Need to convert that into chances and goals. Lots on bench to finish this

Still think Martinelli is a finisher rather than starter and he'll revert to that role once physio room is less busy. That role is perfect for him and will see bigger impact compared to starting games. Need big performance from him tonight though
