Self-pimp, but - Urban Chaos! Roam around a city, borrow cars, beat people up. GTA3 wasn't out for another 2 years :-)

Just checked and the 1999 prompt has now surpassed the 272 responses 2019 got, with only 2016 with 349 clearing it now. But the prompts had settled into a groove of around 90-120 responses for so long that it feels weird to see games with 8 votes fail to make the Top 10

When I do these I do check responses to quotes and count whatever answers I can, and it is quite funny that, amongst the quote questioning the lack of flight sims and the 9 responses it got, I could only parse 1 actual answer to the question. The current 4th place only has 5 votes
