The visuals of these protests need to be part Halloween, part Mardi Gras, part Gay Pride Parade, with maybe a little local farmers market mixed in. Letās see how America reacts when they see film of an airborne division opening fire on a circus.

A good word to know: Kakistocracy (/ĖkƦkÉŖĖstÉkrÉsi/ KAK-ist-OK-rÉ-see) is government by the worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous people. The word was coined as early as the 17th century and derives from two Greek words, kĆ”kistos (κάκιĻĻĪæĻ, 'worst') and krĆ”tos (ĪŗĻάĻĪæĻ, 'rule').

I agree with President Trump on one point: it is totally inappropriate to compare him, Kirk, and others to "Nazis." The Nazis were more ideologically coherent and far more accomplished, and to use that word loosely trivializes their crimes and their victims. The correct word is "fascist."

One big reason for this: conservative political forces in Seattle spent the early ā20s scaring people about downtown safety in order to win elections - mainly because they wanted to keep taxes low. The result is a widespread view outside the city limits that downtown is scary. (Itās not.)
