Seeing him and the conference finally rise to this is quite something. You can see the surge of confidence in the speech as he realises, hey basic antiracist rhetoric is popular and I believe it too! Glad the message has sunk in.

Our politics and media have become viciously obsessed with immigration. Farage has made sure of it. And in that obsession, they’ve all lost sight of the people they target. Fellow human beings trying to live and belong somewhere. Shame on everyone responsible for this daily inhumanity (Letter,Times)

NOTHING will prepare you for this 45-second story arc. From "I'm just doing this because I love the flag, it's totally grassroots, and I'm not part of anything political"... to who actually gave him the flags the night before. Anyone who believes it is an innocent movement needs to see this.

results day. This is the cohort who had fundamental years at the end of primary and start of secondary affected by Covid (Years 6 and 7). Aside from missing out on key transitions and social skills, many struggled to catch up with basic learning. They all deserve huge credit.

"Stuart went to Germany with a Liverpool skiffle group" Fascinating that Sutcliffe's death made the front pages of the news. And bittersweet that the reporting was the only time it would be for his own achievements rather than a footnote to what was about to change everything.

think this is sort of interesting as actually.....no you probably didn't need to do "more research" into it? you just had to trust the state and local authorities to know better than you when it came to vaccinating your child? not good that the internet has killed faith in institutions!
