Their model: 1) Racism is largely individual not systemic. 2) Racism only exists if itâs egregious. 3) Racism is only egregious if itâs outlandish/one explicitly states their intent to be racist. 4) Even then, itâs probably just words that wonât extend to action, and they didnât *really* mean it.
