Wild that America has a president who regularly goes “I’ll start World War 3” to tank the stock market and then at the last minute says “j/k I’m not invading Greenland/Iran/Canada/etc” then the market jumps back up with mysterious people making a killing after he backs down. An amazing coincidence.

Just incredibly laughable how people thought there was a 60-70% chance of recession in 2022-23, during the most unprecedented run of job growth in modern American history. So deeply unserious, we were. Just incredibly so.

We gave Amazon a $17.5 BILLION tax break last year. Meta got $13.7 BILLION. Citigroup didn't pay a penny—we gave them a tax REFUND. Those tax breaks didn't do anything to create jobs, let alone save them. We have got to stop with the corporate tax giveaways.

Starting the work now to prosecute and civilly sue ICE for its abuses as soon as the Trump presidency ends and they lose federal protection. Others should follow this lead. Lay the basis to hit the ground running on accountability, on all the many crimes and abuses imposed by the Trump regime.

Let’s stop softening the language. The pregnant detainees in the Texas ICE camp are children. They are not “young women.” They are minors. If pregnancies occurred while they were detained, every ICE officer must be investigated for child sexual assault. These children must be freed.

looking at the work ahead of us probably the single most impactful fix you could put in place would be to legally turbo-charge and also destigmatize unionization nationally (card count, revitalized NLRB, make "right to work" illegal, etc). number 2 is rabidly aggressive antitrust enforcement
