I think this is true. When the GOP breaks the rules, itâs (obviously wrongly) seen as a Dirty Harry antiheroes who break the rules but get stuff done type thing whereas Democrats breaking the rules is seen as a hypocritical hall monitor and/or women and minorities not knowing their place thing.
