Another thing: in the race to cut fossil fuel use ASAPāwhich we need to doābe wary of "solutions" that increase emissions from land-use change (2nd-biggest human source of CO2) or of other major greenhouse gases (eg methane, nitrous oxide). This can happen in food/ag due to its reliance on land. 1/
