Significant that the High Court ruling is still, in places, quite damning of Palestine Action. It emphatically rejects that the group is engaged in "civil disobediance", for example. It just finds (compellingly) that proscription was still wrong, despite that.

It would not take a partisan judge to have discharged the Epping hotel injunction today, just a competent one. The original temporary injunction was an (ahem) eccentric decision which was never likely to be upheld on appeal.
